INTRODUCTION:
PerMix PCR series Contra Rotation Mixers are typically used when thick emulsions are produced by a bottom entry high shear emulsifier or homogenizer. They are also very useful for multi task vessels where different process duties are required. PerMix PCR series Contra Rotation Mixer is fitted with two drives: An anchor / scraper drive and a centrally mounted turbine drive. In effect it is two mixers joined together.

PerMix PCR series Contra Rotation Mixers have the advantage to combine the benefits of a turbine unit along with that of an anchor / scraper. PerMix PCR series Contra Rotation Mixers offer excellent mixing throughout the vessel as viscosities increase due to their double mix system. The wet end of PerMix PCR series Contra Rotation Mixers can be complete and installed into the tank prior to the vessel being completed or can be fully split to allow simple installation / removal.
TAILOR-MADE DESIGNS:
PerMix Liquid Mixers and Agitators can be designed to suit any tank geometry. We are able to supply our mixers or agitators for simple atmospheric vessels to pressurized systems mixing from several liters to many thousands.
APPLICATIONS:
PerMix PCR series Contra Rotation Mixers are typically used for face creams, hair gels, shampoos and many other viscous applications.
INSTALLATION & SET-UP:
95% of the Magnetic Agitators are mounted as bottom installation. It is advised to assemble the Magnetic Agitators in eccentric position in order to minimize the risk of vortex and to avoid the installation of deflectors.
PerMix offers our PM series Bottom Magnetic Agitators with drive power from 0.18kW to 2.2kW for a normal capacity from 50 liter up to 10, 000 liters. Bigger sizes are available against request.
Q: What is your price level compared with European suppliers and local Chinese suppliers?
A: Depending on the machine type and size, our price level is 30%-60% less than the European suppliers and 5-15% higher than the big local suppliers.
Q: Are you able to provide tailor-made design and production for the mixers?
A: Yes, in fact more than half of our mixers are tailor made, which is one of our strong points.
Q: Are you able to design and produce other processing equipment?
A: We are open to discuss about it.
Q: Can you provide machines to OEM customers, meaning to label their brands on the machines.
A: Yes we are doing it a lot. We have several OEM partners in the USA.
Q: Do you have agent network out of China?
A: Yes we do have agents but only in some countries, for example in USA, Germany, Poland, Spain, Denmark, Turkey, Argentina, etc. We are still looking for more agents because we believe to work with agents is the best way to do business.
Q: What is your delivery lead time of the mixing equipment.
A: Depending on the size and level of customization, but usually it is from 6-14 weeks.
Q: How do you pack and ship the mixing machines?
A: For machines don't require full container loading, we will pack them in wooden case. For FCL (full container loading) shipment, we will just wrap the machines in plastic films and fix them in the container. The shipment can be either by air or by sea
